Terms of Service for growpaths

1. Introduction
Welcome to growpaths. These terms govern your use of growpaths services, digital products, and physical goods offered at growpaths.biz. By accessing our site and enrolling in our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services
Our personal growth services include coaching sessions, live workshops, and group classes focused on building habits and confidence. Details for each service will be provided at time of booking. Scheduling is subject to availability.
3. Infoproducts
Infoproducts consist of digital courses, workbooks, and self-paced materials delivered online. Access credentials will be provided upon purchase.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods include printed workbooks and branded merchandise. Shipping timelines depend on destination and carrier. Any customs or local handling is the responsibility of the purchaser.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Clients may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if no session materials have been accessed. To request a refund, contact support. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Sessions may be transferred to another date at no extra charge if notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Certain one-on-one coaching packages are final sale due to reserved scheduling and expert time commitment.
5.2 Infoproducts
Digital courses and materials may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. To initiate a refund, reach out to our team. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
5.3 Physical Goods
Unwanted items may be shipped back within 30 days in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5.4 No-Refund Policy
Certain bespoke coaching intensives and premium packages are not eligible for any refund due to the planning of facilitation, reserved resources, and limited availability. These offerings are clearly marked as non-refundable at the point of purchase.
6. Transferring Services
Requests to transfer services to another client or schedule may be made up to 7 days before the original session date. Transfers are subject to availability and at the discretion of growpaths.
